At Fuel Station, our favorite questions are, "How can we serve the customer better, and how can we serve them faster?" We understand that customers need to receive their products as quickly as possible, so we are constantly evaluating our delivery service to provide the latest possible dispatch cutoff time in order to maintain our unrivaled shipping speeds. We send out our orders with USPS First-Class shipping, via USPS Priority (if selected at checkout), or via USPS Priority Mail Express (if selected at checkout).
If you place your order before 4pm (Mountain Standard Time) Monday–Friday, then we will dispatch your order the very same day. We are based in Boulder, Colorado, so with First-Class shipping, you can expect your order within 3 business days if you are on the West Coast or within 3–5 business days for the East Coast. With USPS Priority, you can expect it within 1–2 business days for the West Coast or 2–3 business days for the East Coast. If you choose USPS Priority Express, you should receive your order in 1–2 business days. Please note that these shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
We are happy to accept unopened products in the same conditions as when they were sold within 14 days of delivery. If you’d like to return products from your Fuel Station order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason you are returning the item(s).
Refunded payments can only be administered to the original method of payment; you may not use one credit card to purchase an item and be refunded to another payment account.
Please include your order invoice with the return.
